Absolute shambles. Always looking to blame others and take no responsibility. Lacking any urgency at all. Reserved my house mid Jan. New Build, ready to move in to and I had no house to sell so should have been a 12 week process max. Here I am on week 16 and theyve just advised me they "hope to have me in by end of June", which would be 20 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
