I am not using their services directly, however they are slowing down my purchase as they are not providing the needed information and enquiries for the house the sellers are buying. It has now been over 4.5 months and they are still waiting on reports and enquiries. Moreover, nobody is answering the estate agents or the other party involved. Terrible service! I am very close to having to pull out of the deal as I must move in a month time...
