I ordered a cover for a cantilever umbrella. Whilst the courier service let Coverworld down, after making a query about delivery with Coverworld I immeidately received a call and a replacement cover was shipped via Australia Post which arrived in a couple of days. The cover is great - easy to put on the umbrella - and I cannot fault Coverworld's service. Would definitely recommend them.
