Hi, by the time most people read these reviews its too late, they have already experienced the terrible business practices of Craftive Branding. Our design studio Tangelo Creative has recently tried to assist a client of Craftive Branding in getting control of a website that Craftive was "building" for him. The client had paid A$2500.00 for a website. This website was in fact just a theme from Theme Forrest that the client could have purchased himself for US $60.00. The only thing they had done was put his logo in the header. We then tried to gain control of this website from Craftive Branding, to gain control of the website they wanted another $350.00. We advised our client to cut his losses and run but unfortunately he paid the additional money and was given only limited access to the site. On inspection of the backend CMS nothing had been done to the original theme. None of the plugins had been installed or paid for, no work had been done on the navigation or shopping/payment set up. In my opinion Craftive Branding should be put out of business for deceptive practices. I don't think "Chris Jones" is a real person also I suspect all of the 5 star reviews are fake. I have reported Craftive to the ACCC. Hopefully they can put them out of business here in Australia at least.
