I was very pleased with the swift delivery of the bed I purchased. I hate to report however that a few of the wooden base parts damaged after being assembled. I emailed the company and now awaiting a response. Hopefully they can provide replacement parts. Other than that I am pleased with my purchase. If my issue of damaged parts is resolved efficiently I'd be sure to use the company again. At the moment, I still await a reply from their customer service team.
