Quick despatch and delivery, I wasn't sure if I would in so called customer care who contacted the Delivery Driver to give me a precise ETA and also arranged that if he was running late would call me, the Deliver Driver was very courteous and delivered in a Covid secure manner. The bed was very well packaged and everything was present and correct. Instructions were clear and concise and the bed and the trundle were put together in a timely fashion. Both bed and trundle are well made and sturdy. We purchased a mattress too and this is very comfy.
