I ordered the bed on a Friday evening and it arrived within 3 working days on the following Wednesday as promised with regular updates to keep you informed. Unfortunately a few of the slats were faulty upon installation but CPB immediately sent out a pack of replacements after I had raised this with them. Excellent customer service.
