Firstly - any human interaction was exceptional. Fast responses, positive vibes from emails, the delivery guy Colin C was lovely and prompt. Couldn’t ask for more in that aspect.
The bed frame came damaged. It’s not packed well enough. I got a metal frame and it’s got really bad cosmetic damage on it in multiple places (I’ve shown 3 but there’s more). I feel the first partial refund offer wasn’t enough to suffice for what should be a new frame which came looking worse than my old frame of 6 years. However the CS team were more than happy to discuss which is nice. A replacement was later offered but I was honestly a bit tired of it. I didn’t want to repack half the frame for an exchange. I’d had the bed for a week by then. It was meant to be a lovely new frame for our brand new flat and instead it looks like something I got off a marketplace.
Overall. Disappointing product, however the people are lovely. Wouldn’t recommend for the energy required to correct anything if it went wrong, or for how my product looks.
