Very impressed from start to finish! Ordered bed, confirmation of delivery and next steps. Delivery was a day earlier than expected, which was great. Wayne (delivery driver) was very efficient and friendly, wouldn't hear of my husband helping him as we have a very steep drive but he carried the bed up and delivered to the door.
