I haven't actually put the bed up yet, but the service was first class.
Delivery day was allotted. Late in the day, I had a message to say the driver had been delayed so could not deliver that day. Email exchange with customer services went in to the evening. Very apologetic and promised me a delivery slot of my choosing. The driver turned up bang on time and very cheerful.
If only all companies could deliver customer service at this level!
