Bed itself is great, except for the smell which is still very strong after a week.
It however was not a smooth process getting it. When it arrived there was damage to the side which customer services refunded some money when I eventually got a response via email. When assembling the bed it was missing pieces which I tried to phone to get resolved. No one answered the 10 times I called so emailed and they were dispatched for delivery a few days later.
