Very pleased with the quality of the bed, my only issue was with communications as I needed the bed urgently for guests arriving and struggled to get any answers re delivery from company. However it did arrived on the 7th day just in the nick of time so disaster averted. I just wanted to speak to someone to get reassurances that it would be here in time.
