I was pleased with the bed and instructions. I did get a bit worried as I ordered the bed late one Saturday and received all the automated emails. However by the Wednesday and not having any further update I emailed to find out what was happening. From there on I was kept informed. I had assumed that my order would be sent immediately and there would be no delay in keeping me informed from the information on the website. Anyway I'm happy now.
