Right from the word go. I was impressed!
The lovely assistant who took my telephone order was fantastic - really helpful and knowledgeable. The bed arrived within the suggested time frame - and the delivery chap (Colin C) was brilliant.
I chose a wooden framed double bed. The quality exceeded my expectations and the finish is lovely. The mattress looks really good (I haven’t tested it - as it is for guests).
Well done: A quality product with outstanding customer service.
