Really, really impressed with this company. The bed arrived as promised and I managed to put it up myself by torchlight (don't ask). I (have a senior railcard and) found the instruction commentary so very very refreshing and useful. It reassured me that someone would help me if needed and I loved the bits about what could be a bit tricky. Well done team! Love the bed by the way :)
