Very short return period. I missed my window by 2 days and the company was so unhelpful. No offer of a credit note or exchange of product. When renovating a house/preparing a toddler's bedroom packages are not always opened immediately and some understanding from the company would have been really appreciated. Now selling the bed on eBay.
