The quality of the product is shocking, The prices are low, but not low enough to justify the sub-standard materials used in the construction of the bed frames. 3no. Bed slats broke within 2 nights of use, customer service has requested a variety of images be taken of the damaged items and the bed frame to look for structural defects.. avoid this company, any time I attempted to call the phone always said to call during business hours.
