Really happy with the quick delivery and the actual bed. Very disappointed with the delivery service and the fact they will literally only drop the bed off at your doorstep or at the front of your block of flats (if you live in a flat). I bought my 2 sons 2 new beds but had to call on help from strangers to get the beds carried up to my actual flat but not sure what someone would do if they didn’t have anyone to help them carry it up. Really poor, just to save time and liability. Surely that’s what delivery drivers are for? Who better equipped to carry up than them?
