I was very pleased with how quick my delivery was the bed took my brother 4 hours to put up ,, if I had anything to complain about it was the strap that was supposedly attach to the bottom of the bed frame to lift it up ,, snapped ,, so I have to lift the frame up myself with my hands but the bed itself is fine .
