The bed arrived and we built it, but the slats are too narrow for the bed. I have sent two emails with photos since Friday 21st and had no response. Have called and left a voicemail on Saturday and tried to call several times yesterday but no answer. My 5 year old son has now had no bed for 4 days and I can’t get a response!!!
