They delivered faulty bed and we have not been able to get through to them for almost 4 weeks. We have made so many emails, phone calls and even contacted them on social media. We are sleeping on the for on a mattress. The bed is being stored in your home as we do not have any external storage, this is extremely frustrating for us.
We are now in communication with trading standards and the citizens advice bureau. Appalling.
