Awful company!
We purchased a child’s bed 4 months ago and on arrival a number of drill holes were missing.
They claimed to be unable to send out the correct part and instead opted to collect the whole item leaving us without a bed for our 4 year old
The item was collected and since then we’ve been unable to get a refund continuing to be £380 out of pocket 4 months later
We are now having to take civil action as we’ve had no response to emails and no contact number that actually works
