This is now the second custom build unit we've had made for our family by CreatePC's and we couldn't be happier. The first pc was for a gaming teen and our second is a more specific media and audio workstation. As always the communication and information with Matt and his team has been clear concise and transparent. Even when we've had a lot of back and forth on trying to decide final component choices we've not felt pressured or misdirected and our views and needs have always been respected. We had very specific budget restrictions to work with and this has also been easily accommodated. We've been given superb performing machines that run super fast and look sharp and clean , and crucially too have got long term tech support that means small niggles with the kit have been dealt with calmly and efficiently by the team and we always feel genuinely looked after. The timeline on construction and delivery of the units was outstanding, even getting the most personalised service imaginable with Shiv actually dropping a pc round the day after building and testing. Superb!! We can't recommend CreatePcs more highly...they've been friendly, professional, totally honest about what we could and couldn't achieve and well worth the investment in getting solid builds done for specific units that will see us through for years to come. A proper excellent team of skilled technicians and lovely folks to boot!
