My experience with Create PCs has been excellent at every turn. When i ordered, i did so from China, to which they were very accommodating and flexible in terms of communication. They kept me up to date with how my order was progressing and when reaching a point where there were compatibility issues with some components, they freely offered their expert opinions on alternative parts. They provided images of the finished build before sending it and delivery was very fast. The packaging was great! when receiving and opening the package, i felt completely confident that the PC had arrived undamaged. Despite how smooth the whole process was, the aspect of their service that i valued the most was how personable all of the staff were. At no point did i feel handled. At all times they were friendly, understanding and professional which i feel can be a rare trait in businesses as it stands now. Truly exceptional service.
