I had multiple small medical collections on my report totaling around $3000. They accounted for about 30% of my open collections accounts and about 20% of my debt. I paid them all off at the same time to qualify me for a home but my scores did not go up as I expected so I had to hire someone who can help. I did a little research on my own and I eventually got help. The repair guy ( F I X I T 1 0 1 at W O R K M A I L dot C O M ) helped me figure out a way to raise my scores high enough to enable me to buy a new home for my family. He's good at fixing credit though.
