Criminal injuries is great, Marc has been brilliant and so is Natalia as I have 4 cases being dealt with. They keep me informed and I have been able to get all those reference numbers. Can't fault Marc or Natalia. Thank you both of you and Charlie who is now taking one of the cases I believe. I like that we can communicate via email or whattsapp aswell as well as occasionally talk to them on the phone. Highly recommend criminal injuries.
