I had to have an exchange from size 7 to 8 but size 8 was out of stock i have now received a credit and hoping the shoes we want come back into stock i dealt with emily and Madi absolutely fantastic and professional team and delivered very quickly i couldn't get over how good the customer service was there too bad other companies aren't like that your staff needs to train them.
