Hi, sadly the chain was broken when it arrived, the clasp wouldn't work so was disappointing for the young man I purchased it for I believe he will try and get in to exchange it. It was a bit embarrassing for me. I always have amazing service and products, so forgive this unfortunate and easy to miss mishap. The you for opportunity to let you know.
