I made a purchase on 5/11. It was schelduled to be delivered on 5/19. They sent my package to a different city in my state. I have called and emailed the company regarding this issue and it has not been resolved. This was a gift that will no longer be here on time. The fed ex website still says that it is delayed. I am unable to change the mistake made by the company. My invoice clearly provides my correct shipping address, so Its unclear how they managed to send it to an unknown location. I am dissapointed to say the least. I feel like the company has robbed me of my gift, my money and a good experience.
