I ordered a bucket hat on June 10 2022 and it was never shipped. It was only then shipped after the fact I reached out to customer service due to an “address problem.” There was no address problem! The lady never asked for my correct address if there was an issue but said it will be shipped. Per the email it says it’s being shipped on June 20th but it’s still not arrived. Don’t buy from here! Not reliable and this is my first time experience. I will never shop here again.
