This is a terribly run and operated company. Like many people, I wish I had read reviews before ordering from the company. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone, and they use the sorry excuse that it's the holidays. If a company is not prepared for the traffic of holiday calls and emails they should not be in business. As many, say their order says it was shipped and delivered, but never received. I feel like this is some kind of scam that they run. I have contacted both DHL and USPS, and of course everyone is passing the book and no one is taking responsibility. It is impossible to get help from culture Kings for anything, via email, via phone via anyway. If I could give this company a zero I would give them a major fat zero. Stay away from this company! It's a waste of your time and money!
