Absolutely terrible. Sent me the wrong hat.. after 6 days of constantly trying to connect with someone they send me a shipping label to send it back. Guess I’m getting a refund and not the hat I ordered. Waste of time and money. Customer service nightmare on top of that. So I now get to make a trip to the post office to return the wrong hat… to even get a refund for their mistake. Absolute worse company I’ve ever ordered from.
