We purchased an item from Culture Kings at the forum shops and received the incorrect item, the item purchased was a piece of jewelry. We tried on the one we chose and the girl who's name is Mars put the one we tried on back on display and provided us a boxed new item. We did not think twice to assure the one we wanted was in the box because we thought the employee was able to do a simple transaction without error. WRONG! I have been emailing customer support to rectify the situation and I was asked to go to the store and return the Item. Please answer how that will work when I am in TEXAS!! This experience has been horrible and I have come to the conclusion with how excited I was to be able to finally go to the store that Culture Kings does not care about their customers and only cares about profit. I understand profit is everyone's goal, but customers are just as important. culture kings has failed us 100%!
