I really liked this brand. Placed my first order. My address was auto populated by Facebook and sent to the wrong address without confirmation. I informed Lakota to cancel my order prior to shipping. She took days to respond and it was too late. Refused to help or offer a credit. Very disrespectful, terrible customer service. They feel like a scam to me which is a shame cause I had high hopes. I'm attaching an email response I got from Lakota for context to show just how unprofessional and rude Culture Kings is. STAY AWAY!
