We bought my nephew a pair of Jordans for his birthday from Culture Kings and this the order arrived damaged. I have sent several complaint emails, with the photos included, and all have been dismissed by staff stating that it was “damaged in transit” even though one entire side of the box is completely ripped. I regularly purchase online from other retailers and have never had anything arrive in such poor condition – would definitely avoid this retailer. First and last time I will ever purchase from them.
