I am still waiting on response to exchange for a smaller size, its been a full week after 2 emails, website request and a phone call, had a option to let them call me back, still waiting , service is appalling, took ages to finally get our order as well after being ordered... will not recommend dealing with this company if you are not sure about the size that you need...
