I had a really disappointing experience with this site. I reached out for help with an issue regarding my order, and instead of resolving it, they prioritized shipping it out just to secure the sale. They didn’t address my concerns at all, which left me frustrated. I expected better customer service, especially when there was a clear problem with my order. Needless to say, I won’t be purchasing anything from them again. Extremely disappointed with how they handled it. Goodbye!
