I sent DCE a lock of tail hair from my daughter’s horse which they made into a bracelet. I didn’t leave them much time to do it in - less than two weeks before her birthday which is three days before Christmas. I got a confirmation email as soon as they received the hair, assurance that they could turn things around in time, notification of dispatch and it arrived with a lovely handwritten note and in a little gift bag. The birthday is tomorrow and I know this bracelet is going to make my 15 year old very happy. Thank you DCE for the whole experience - you’ve been excellent.
