I love the stretch bracelet. However very unhappy with your exchange/refund policies! My husband purchased one for me for Valentine’s Day and inadvertently purchased the one with a gold rose and NOT the gold heart. To save time and money we wanted to exchange just the charm. Policy does not allow. It’s costing too much to exchange so he is seeking a full refund!
