The Dayspring staff was great, prompt and helpful. The fountain pen was a bit disappointing as the ink did not flow easily and the nib tended to not be as smooth as hoped. Perhaps a roller ball pen with good quality ink would be smoother but I am glad to finally have a genuine fountain pen at a reasonable price.
