I was eager to visit this web site since finding pen refills was proving very difficult. Upon, doing so I was greeted with a photo of three refill examples, Parker, Cross, and generic I guess. I called and ordered 2 Parker and two Cross refill sets. The receptionist said they did not have the Parker, only generic examples which I ok’d and would ship theParker and the Cross immediately. I received the faux Parker, have not received the Cross refills. Several weeks later.
