The Team Dynamics report gave me the information to become a more inclusive leader. By understanding my team’s behaviour, I’ve been able to focus on aspects of leadership style that have needed some work. The quality of my 1:1 conversations have improved, team engagement is up, and on track to meet this quarter’s goals.
