I must say, I am absolutely FLOORED by how cool this assessment is. You've got everything right. I just went through the whole learning journey for one of my drivers (stable) and it was such a cool thing to pull me through making sense of my results all the way to giving me a .ICS reminder to download. The instantly-available interactive online report is a thing of beauty. As a full-time LD designer, I've taken a lot of leadership assessments. Deeper Signals is by far the best I've seen for providing actionable insight for the typical user.
