Customer service appalling, my order was for my family in Perth for Christmas, I live in the UK so communication was key. My gift to them only arrived today, 28th December, so too late obviously. This gift was very expensive so I do not believe I received value for money given the stress and anxiety caused and time wasted trying to communicate with this company. I have used several hampers/gift companies over the past 20 years and this is the worst service I have experienced
