Website is easy to navigate and use. Response time for completing a mobile recharge between countries is fantastic...no delay, transaction finalised immediately. The only criticism I have is that transaction is converted to $USD from $AUD and charged to my account in $USD where it is converted back to $AUD again, with a conversion fee applied twice (of course) and differing exchange rates, which means the final amount debited to my account is higher than what I initially paid in $AUD (a bit of a rort I think!!)
