Stay clear of Ding...my account was compromised in July....4 payments taken out in the space of 5 minutes totalling £150 to Ukraine mobile numbers.
When i contacted Ding customer care, there attitude was:

My response...So thats it....my account was compromised and you do nothing about it?
There final reply was...
I am sorry, we have tried all the possible options to solve the issue in your account but our Operations Team have provided us the final status of the account and as a result, you will not be able to send top-ups again.
