It was incredibly frustrating transacting with Ding. They advertised as an instant top up service and their fine print says there may be a two hour waiting period before operators process the transaction on the other end. It's been over five hours and I haven't received my top up. This could very well have been a problem on the operator's end, but Ding has effectively not delivered on the service it promised, especially in light of the premium they charge for it. Their customer service agents keep insisting to me that the transaction cannot be refunded, effectively forcing the consumer to pay for a service they no longer need through no fault of their own. It's less about the money for me as much as that this is a terrible business model. Avoid. Just top up directly and cut out the middle agent.
