I want let you know that l am not happy at all by your service. You give me to much hard time while there is no wrong on my side and my visa . I did a lot of top-up recharge with that credit card now You asked me my ID I sent it to you but, solve my problems even l lost the top-up promotion . It is totally disappointing costumer is not fair. Since l am your customer, you don't have to treat me like this by taking my time the hall day.
Finally after the promotion expired
You said I can do the top up. do you think this is fair to customers absolutely not . that is shame.
