I’ve been using ding since November and yesterday I tried sending a top up, they refunded my money, I tried again same thing happen. So when I tried sending to another number it went through and was charged on my account (but the person did not receive it) and it’s now taken off my transaction history and still shows it was charged on my bank statement. To make things worst they said it was for security reasons and my account did not meet their expectations and told me to find another way of sending top ups . They’re the ones having technical issues and try to use unreasonable excuses like that Does not make sense.... I just need my money back and I won’t be using this again .
