Ding has the rudest most drama-creating "customer service" people ever. I had multiple transactions show "declined" on their site, but apparently they went through on my cc's. When I requested a refund, the customer service rep copied me on an email accusing me of lying, to another service rep and made up a random lie to avoid giving me a refund saying my transaction "had been made with a PIN" and therefore could not be refunded. Um, it was through paypal, so there was no pin. Also, American cards do not use a pin. So this was obviously just a "go to" for avoiding refunds. They did not care to respond to my emails after this. I have never experienced such blatantly rude and offensive customer service from a company, EVER.
